Brabham Driver Programme Welcomes Its First Driver: Stefan Treneski

The launch of the Brabham Driver Programme marks an exciting new chapter in motorsport driver development. Designed as a selective Virtual-to-Real pathway, the programme is focused on identifying and nurturing the next generation of racing talent, bridging the gap between esports and professional on-track competition.

Built on the legacy of Brabham Automotive—a name synonymous with Formula 1 World Championships, endurance racing success, and elite driver development—the programme is committed to providing young drivers with the tools, mentorship, and structured progression needed for long-term success at the highest level of motorsport.

Welcoming Macedonian Talent Stefan Treneski

We are proud to announce the first official driver to join the programme: Stefan Treneski, a rising motorsport talent from North Macedonia.

Stefan’s journey represents the core philosophy of the Brabham Driver Programme. After demonstrating exceptional skill, discipline, and racecraft within the Brabham Motorsport Esports team, he is now making the critical transition from virtual racing to real-world competition. His next step will see him compete on track in the highly competitive F4 CEZ Championship, a key proving ground for emerging drivers aiming for professional racing careers.

Mentorship and Professional Development

As part of the programme, Stefan will receive direct mentorship from David Brabham, Le Mans winner and an integral part of the Brabham legacy. Alongside mentorship, the programme provides:

  • Advanced simulator training to refine racecraft and technical understanding
  • Professional driver coaching and performance analysis
  • Physical and mental preparation support
  • On-track testing and race development opportunities
  • Structured progression toward higher levels of motorsport
  • This comprehensive approach ensures drivers develop not only speed, but also the professionalism, discipline, and mindset required to succeed in elite motorsport environments.

A Defining Opportunity

For Stefan, this moment represents a major milestone in his racing career and a rare opportunity to grow within one of motorsport’s most respected development environments.

“This is an incredible opportunity to learn, push my limits, and grow as a driver both on and off the track,” Stefan says. “Being part of the Brabham Driver Programme gives me the chance to develop with the support of an experienced team and continue pursuing my dream at the highest level.”

A New Pathway for Future Champions

The Brabham Driver Programme is more than just a development initiative—it is a long-term investment in the future of motorsport. By combining esports talent identification with real-world racing opportunities, it creates a modern pathway that reflects the evolving landscape of driver development.

With Stefan Treneski leading the way as the programme’s first official driver, this marks the beginning of an exciting journey—for Stefan, for Brabham, and for the future of racing talent worldwide.
